VP Of Operations

Executive leader with deep knowledge of business and oil field operations.  Ability to grow and motivate a team to produce outstanding results in drilling, completions, workover and production operations.  15 + years in Operations/Management. Capable of scaling operation 3-5 rig continuous drilling program.  Engineering degree required.  Additional business degree/minor a plus.  Midland/Dallas Location

VP OF LAND

10+ years of Texas and New Mexico experience.  Lead A&D processes.  Interpret and negotiate various contracts including Joint Operating Agreements, Oil and Gas Leases, Surface Use Agreements, Right of Way Agreements, etc.  Manage land Functions.  Clear title for drilling locations.  Conduct due diligence in connection with acquisitions of producing and non-producing properties.  Midland Based.

SR. Drilling Engineer

Seeking top-tier engineer with a high-level of responsibility, initiative, innovation, and curiosity to learn and drill successful wells in the Delaware Basin.  Excellent leader and team player that can develop and manage multiple drilling programs.  Good business skills a plus.  3-5 years experience in Permian Basin.  Midland Location

Operations Engineer / Production Manager

2-3 years of experience with horizontal wells in the Central and Delaware Basin, 5- 10 years of operations experience.  Must be able to design artificial lift for horizontal wells, manage interaction with the completions foreman, and be able to monitor AFE vs. actual costs.  Some on-site work required for ESP installations and other technical aspects.  Facilities design and experience a huge plus.  Midland Location

SR. Reservoir Engineer

Works closely on acquisition assessment, field development planning along with design and execution of well work.  Strong ability to re-evaluate existing fields to establish optimal economic solutions.  This will involve evaluation of uphole recompletions, re-stimulation, infill drilling, or adjustments in floods through surveillance and conformance work.  The successful candidate will need to be a creative thinker that is willing to re-look at existing problems to maximize value.  5-8 years of Permian A&D experience.  Central Basin Platform experience a Plus.  PHDwin power user.  Petroleum Engineer preferred. Midland/Dallas Location

VP of Exploitation

Geologist/Reservoir Engineer with exceptional field assessment skills to determine pay zones and identify drilling locations.  Very progressive in use of data, tools, research techniques to identify oil deposits, geologic risks, and opportunities.  Team player that works well with executive management, drilling, reservoir and completion teams.  10-15 years in Permian basin.  Midland/Dallas Based.  Advanced Geology/Business degree desired.

SR. GEOLOGIST

Exploration geologist with exceptional field assessment skills to determine pay zones and identify drilling locations.  Very progressive in use of data, tools, research techniques to identify oil deposits, geologic risks, and opportunities. Team player that works well with executive management, drilling, reservoir and completion teams.  8-10 years in Permian basin.  Midland Based.

GeoTech

Support geologists, land and reservoir engineer with mapping.  Very progressive in use of data, tools, research techniques to identify oil deposits, geologic risks, and opportunities. Total command of IHS and Drilling info Databases.  Team player that works well with geology, drilling, reservoir and completion teams.  3-5 years in Permian basin.  Petra experience required.  Midland Based.

Landman

5+ years of Texas and New Mexico experience.  Interpret and negotiate various contracts including Joint Operating Agreements, Oil and Gas Leases, Surface Use Agreements, Right of Way Agreements, etc.  Clear title for drilling locations.  Conduct due diligence in connection with acquisitions of producing and non-producing properties. Setup/maintenance of JIB/ Revenue decks.  CPL is a plus.  Midland Based

Sr. Facilities Engineer

5-10 years of experience in Texas and New Mexico managing field operations, design and construction of tank batteries, SWD stations, and managing construction of drilling location, lease roads, and frac ponds.  Experience working with BLM on right-of-ways a big plus.  Midland Based.

Land/Regulatory Administrator(s)

Manage and perform the regulatory compliance process for oil and gas business from drilling permits, to DOT requirements, to compliance with state and federal requirements.  Manage all land database systems, division orders, royalty requirements, mineral owner communications.  Midland Based.  Big plus if you can do both roles.
